Jason and his family are life locals of Hervey Bay, building and turbocharging petrol cars before he even had a learners permi. Moving to an apprenticeship with Toyota/Mazda/Mitsubishi /Subaru and BMW back in the early 2000s and quickly becoming a "go to" diagnostic tech. He then moved to Admin, Warranty, Service and Management in that time. Across the 2000s and 2010s he was also building and tuning pump fuel rotary turbo engines himself and fitting aftermarket ecus like Microtech, Haltech and Adaptronic. Several years ago he began getting into diesel tuning and gearing up to begin remapping them as a service. With the move to Alientech equipment for its great products and the purchase of a 1200hp 4wd dyno in readiness for a shop location in future also.

Jason also has a passion for bikes with a KTM 525 EXC and a track CBR1100xx which he uses for development of his Haltech kits available for those bikes. Having raced at Benaraby , and track ridden lakeside and QR raceway. (This is also in future going to be a service offered, that being motorcycle remapping ).

Services we provide

We offer a full range of remapping services on the Alientech platform in OBD,Bench and Boot Modes.

Hardcut Limiters ( must have no dpf) $550 inc GST

get the hectic noises , just cant have a dpf as it will destroy it, i can sort the dpf for you also.

EGR / DPF / Swirl / ADBLUE OFF $550 inc GST

One or all of these issues can be rectified without changing the existing tune. this will fix dtc's and limp home modes.

DTC Deletes $550 inc GST

Problem cars with known fixees but still got dtcs', i can deleted them for good.

Stage 1 Power Tune $1000 inc GST

Can include all of the above items in the price + full diagnositics scan , afr check , remapped for power to suit your unmodified or lightly modified vehicle. afrs refined, diagnostic final check, vehicle returned.

locally this is a pickup and deliver service - approx 1/2 to 3/4 of a day required.

Stage 2 or 3 Tunes $1000-$1500 inc GST

You have the big mods already and want the tune to suit. this is where we can lean on it harder and get the maximum available from your setup safely.All stage 1 options are included. due to larger injectors a db ig turbos these can take more revisions to get right. Send me your specs and i can advise the price.( most fall into the $1000 price)

Performance Parts DIY or Installed for you

Ignite and PPD Exhausts as well as HPD , PWR , PDI components.

I can supply these for DIY fit or fit them for you as part of your tune job if you like.

I also use and recommend Maryborough Exhaust and Mechanical for you diesel repairs and maintenance.

Petrol Cars - not supported

While i don't do petrol cars for the public i can solidly recommend Brad at Turning Point Tuning here in Hervey Bay.

Petrol EFI BIkes - Coming Soon

While i cant support these right now , once my dyno is in place i will support dyno tuning of all LAMS and non Lams spec bikes.

Workshop Support

If you own a workshop i can provide trade pricing and support directly or indirectly to your customer for any of my services. I can also set mobile at your shop as required so it never has to leave your premises.

CBR 1100xx - Haltech Ecu Conversions

A great bike for the road or track but with a really common code 25 failure of the ecu making these painful to own and repair .For people who want to keep their bike and bring it right up to current . I have developed a means of installing the Haltech Elite or R series range of ecus on these while also fixing the triggering issue making Haltech not compatible normally with this ecu.

So now you have great Aussie support, great aussie product, great features , better economy and a factory riding feel from the first start. You also have wideband fuel control full time so its going to run well no matter where you live.

It also supports canbus dashes like the IQ7, IC7 and UC10, Powertune etc if your CBR dash has gone and faded on you also.

these are sold as a kit or as an installed product with a file already dyno tuned. You can also send me logs from where you live for help with refinement to suit your location or conditions.
